Is our data safe?
All data is stored in UK data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest, and fully compliant with GDPR, Charity Commission requirements, and safeguarding standards. We audit security annually. You own your data and can request a full export or deletion at any time.
Is our data backed up?
Yes. We run hourly automated backups with a tested disaster recovery policy. Your data is replicated across multiple UK data centres, so even in the worst-case scenario, we can restore quickly and completely.
Other systems are ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials certified?
We're committed to achieving ISO 27001 compliance by the time we've onboarded our first 100 charities. That's a serious investment — ISO 27001 certification typically costs hundreds of pounds a month to maintain — but we believe charities deserve enterprise-grade security without enterprise pricing. In the meantime, we follow ISO 27001 controls as our baseline and will pursue formal certification on schedule.
