Yes. You can switch at any time. If you're mid-cycle, we'll apply a prorated credit to your account based on the difference in pricing.
No. Alder operates on month-to-month billing with no lock-in period. You can cancel anytime. If you're on annual billing and cancel early, we'll refund you on a prorated basis.
Alder is built exclusively for UK charities. Our pricing already reflects that — it's transparent, generous, and designed to work for the sector. We don't offer additional discounts, but every organisation, regardless of size, gets the full feature set.
Free data migration is included with all paid plans — Grow, Pro, and Scale. The Free tier supports self-serve import via CSV and Excel. We support all common CRM formats, and our support team can advise on the best approach.
All data is stored in UK data centres, encrypted at rest and in transit. Alder is fully GDPR-compliant, including right of deletion, data subject access requests, and consent tracking. We undergo annual security audits.
